PSL 9 Draft PCB is finalizing the arrangements to conduct event at NCA this year.
The draft event will take place in lahore because the headquaters of PCB is located there.
If there is one league that is able to successfully manage player drafting it would be PSL without a shadow of a doubt.
There are many other league which are currently following this draft structure.
But their even has many issues with technology probleums while PCB has doing it successfully from 8 year.
PSL Draft 2024 Pick Order
According to pcb media release psl9 draft schedule was annouced by was announced by using statistical tool.
Whose main purpose was to give all franchies an equal opportunity on the team retentions.
They all the six teams can gets their strongest possible linups.
All psl 9 draft will be conducted according to the scheduled pick order.
Date and Time of PSL 9 Draft
According to the media sources draft initially was supposed to take place on 18th november.
But due to the cricket world cup 2023 PCB has delayed the draft event by a month.
The confirmed date of psl draft 2023 is 13th of december 2023.

Pcb has allowed all franchies to make use of relegation requests which help some frachies to does better retentions.
This year before the psl draft even lahore ,karachi and islamabad have each one player relegate before draft.
Lahore qalandars take the relegations of their opening batsman tahir baig who perfomed well last year.
Karachi kings take relegation of fast bowler mir hamza who is now selected for national team.
Islamabad united has taken the relegation of fast bowler ruman raees.
PSL 9 Trades
This was first time that so many trades occures in the psl history.
Starting with the trade of imad wasim with hassan ali and imad last year was captain of karchi it was very surprising.
And second trade was the rille rossouw and iftikhar ahmed according to news rille was wants go back to quetta.
Naseem was not wanted to play for quetta so islamabad taken naseem give away two players waseem jr and abrar ahmed.
Last trade was between karachi and multan shan masood for faisal akram and two silver players.
